These stick better to my skin than the extra-strength translucent one. Yes, it does leave a sticky residue on the nose once you remove it (at least for me). In the morning, I usually use a cotton swab and a small amount of face scrub cleaner to gently scrub around the nose.

These are ideal for folks who are pregnant (or not) and have a restricted number of allergy/stuffiness drugs to use, or who simply choose to go the natural path. These are fantastic because I try to avoid taking any drugs while pregnant.
