Did you know that this strains your cooking oil from the tiny bits of crud left over when making tempura or fried potatoes? Did you? Well it does. Quite well I might add.

The oil storage container has a fine mesh screen which makes it easy to save and re-use cooking oil more than once. The container is easy to use and does not take up a lot of space on the counter. I usually use the strainer to clean the oil and allow it to cool down, then I transfer the oil to another air tight container to store and use later.
