Works great for neck pain. I used to dread lying down at night because every position seemed painful thanks to the constant crook in my neck but I’m very pleased to say that sleeping is finally comfortable again and I am much better rested! I hate my hair getting in my face. Regular headbands usually give me a headache, don’t hold my hair, and always make me look dumb because of the way they hold my hair. This one is definitely better
