With the buttons I can pause or resume music and answer calls (Yes, it has a built-in microphone, so I can speak on a call through the headphones). Regarding the sound quality: It is good enough. The sound is loaded with medium and high frequencies. The low frequencies are weak, but they are heard well. These hearing aids cannot be compared to hearing aids that cover the entire ear or go into the ear canal. They do not transmit sound by vibration on the bones, but they perfectly fulfill their mission. Regarding the store: The shipment was fast. But they should have put the headphones in a protective box. They were sent to me in a plastic bubble envelope. However they were not damaged.
