(verified owner)You have to make sure, that the video or photos are in Resolution 720 or less (more didn’t work) and then you just insert your videos or photos from your mobile through the cabel in package to your PC, then you connect the cabel from frame to pc, you have to open the frames file (you can see there are two more files – Video and Photo) and you just insert your video to video file or photos to photo file. Its nothing hard, I did it on my first try. The quality could be better but its enough for what it actually is. Also its probably the cheapest frame of a kind (acrylic 5inch frame). I am very satisfied!
