Like a lot of other people the last couple pf years I’ve been cooking a lot more at home, using fresh herbs however my knife and chopping skills are not good and I am very slow. These are great solution, especially with Cilantro and Parsley. They are super easy to clean. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Alright, so I had seen them before… I thought that’s neat but I never really thought they’d be as handy as they are. I saw them used on a recent craft tutorial to make grass cuts and thought, hey when I get mine I’m going to try doing that for scrapbooking. They came in, and I couldn’t use them to cut paper haha instead I thought of all the possibilities of cutting herbs and veggies with! The first thing I tackled was the first thing that made me want them initially.

Green onions…I ADORE THEM, however I do not equally adore cutting them. I like consistently equal cuts and sometimes that doesn’t happen. I can hold a pair of kitchen sheers and do equal cuts for some reason but that still takes a long time. In come the five 3 inch stainless steel sharp blades that tackle 5 times the job with one snip. Yep I fell in love at first snip! I easily chopped through an entire green onion and had exactly what I needed within moments. The task I wanted these scissors for had come and gone and they did an amazing job! Then I thought what other things can I cut?! So I chopped haha “chopped” some cilantro with my easy cutting tools and there ya go I had a small pile of nicely cut cilantro that looked as if I had stood there diligently slicing through it to get it as close to perfectly cut as possible. Only it was so much easier! Oh the cutting possibilities! Time to get a mini indoor herb garden because cutting fresh herbs just got loads easier!

All in all I’m pretty impressed with the scissors performance! Each blade is thick and of great quality…I kinda thought since it’s a set of 5 the blades would be thinner and not as sturdy but they’re not joking around with these things, you get more than what you paid for. Hands down one of the sharpest sets of scissors I’ve had too, do NOT go along the inside blades to get out any herbs stuck in there after cutting. I just closed them and ran my hand along the outside dull side and whatever was in there popped out!

They arrived with a small piece of the plastic storage case broken (see photo). The handle feels a little flimsy; hopefully they’ll hold up to a lot of use.
