Im a light sleeper and my partners snores can be heard from 3 rooms away so after some research I thought Id try these out. I have to get up much earlier than he does so it was important to me that I would still be able to hear my alarm. These perfectly muffle almost all sound but Im still able to hear my alarm and as a side sleeper I can attest that theyre super comfortable to sleep on and I never wake up with sore ears. They come in a perfectly tiny travel case, dont know what I would do without them now!

My husband snores and I often struggle to sleep once his snoring wakes me. Ive tried other earplugs but they always end up falling out because I turn a lot. So far these have not left my ears once and Ive been sleeping through with my husband having to rock me awake because I cant hear him calling me. I LOVE these earplugs. I will buy them over and over again if needed!

These have seriously been a game changer. Ive tried many different types of ear plugs due to a very loud snoring boyfriend. All other ear plugs Ive tried have not been comfortable, they have fallen out or do not really work as ear plugs. These have solved all these problems. These ones are very comfy and I found easy to put in once I got the size right. They stay in and they get rid of most of the sound….not all of it but it is much much quieter and enough to allow me a very good sleep.
