How to use it
1) Place TheraPoint on the floor or on your bed.
2) Lie down so that the top of TheraPoint is just underneath your neck, and the bottom is around the middle of your back.
3) Relax in a stationary position so that the 14 trigger point nodes press into your skin and target the key knotted areas in your trapezius muscle.
4) For your first session, use TheraPoint for 2-5 minutes, and complete one session per day.
5) Gradually add 1 minute onto the length of every session, until reaching 15 minutes, and up to three sessions per day.
